In addition to creating life-like restorations unique to each patient, dental labs also need to ensure profitability and efficiency in the workflow. Dental ceramists require proper planning, technical insights and skills to replicate the details of natural anatomy. The use of predictable and proven ceramic systems further minimize the risk of failure during production and elevate the quality of work for the entire dental team.
Layering metal-ceramic porcelain system such as Vintage Pro feature micro-fine structure and a stable formulation that assure natural optical characteristics, color stability, excellent handling, higher fracture resistance and long-term functional durability, for consistent and reliable outcomes.
This didactic workshop will provide an understanding of Vintage PRO porcelain system, the application possibilities and how labs can effectively overcome their daily challenges.
The availability of more economical CADCAM systems have driven the wider adoption of digital workflow in recent years. As a result, zirconia restorations are more commonly prescribed now. It is critical for labs to explore the true aesthetic capabilities of zirconia restorations by mastering various stratification and staining techniques, in order to differentiate their products and add value to their services in a competitive landscape.
Vintage ZR veneering porcelain, with its ultra-fine particle formulation, can be effortlessly used to replicate natural teeth, especially in demanding aesthetic cases in the aesthetic zone, through full or micro-layering. Vintage ZR porcelain is easy to control during build-up and mimics the opalescence of natural enamel, making it "the” perfect choice for micro-stratification of CADCAM zirconia restorations. Vintage Art Universal, true colour stains help to further augment the aesthetic outcome of CADCAM zirconia restorations by perfecting all the fine details and shade variations.
